⌛History Behind The Piece⌛ Launched under the Mirro brand (introduced in 1917) by the Aluminum Goods company in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, Mirro grew to become one of the largest aluminum cookware producers in mid-20th-century America. This styling and finish align with Mirro’s 1950s-era promotional materials, and Smithsonian records identify a “Mirro Cooky & Pastry Press” dating to the 1950s.
