Vintage Tall Italian Empoli Art Glass Footed Pedestal Vase - Cobalt Blue Diamond Optic Design - Made In Italy. Top rim has a light ruffle edge. Overall, the piece is in good vintage/used condition. It does have a few small production flaw bubbles near the base. Please see all of the photos.
