📦 Shipping Policy

At Chenuz Atelier, we carefully pack and ship your vintage finds with attention to detail and respect for their history. Please review the following guidelines before placing your order. 

 

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada, the United States, Europe, Oceania and select international destinations. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, feel free to contact us directly.

 

🚚 Processing Times

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number once your item is on its way.

 

📬 Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

• 🇨🇦 Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post (P.O. Boxes & Remote), Purolator and ICS Courier (Sendle).

• 🇪🇺 European orders are sent via DHL Express DPP (VAT/Duties Pre-Paid).

• 🇺🇸 American orders are sent via Chit Chats DPP (Duties Pre-Paid).

• 🇦🇺Australia & N.Z. orders are typically sent with Canada Post.

The total you see at checkout is final — there will be no surprise customs bills or extra fees on delivery.

 

📦 Packaging

All items are packaged using clean, reused, and/or recyclable materials wherever possible to reduce waste. We also use biodegradable packing peanuts to cushion delicate items and protect your order during transit.

💔 Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim or find a resolution.
