Vintage Royal Doulton 'Old Balloon Seller' + 'Old Balloon Man' Figurines - Made in England - Sold Separately. Both figurines are in very good vintage/used condition. Absolutely no wear, blemishes, etc. Old Balloon Seller and Old Balloon Man were designed by Leslie Harradine. Old Balloon Seller was originally designed first in 1928. While the Old Balloon Man was designed later in 1940. Please see all photos.
