⌛History Behind The Piece⌛
Porzellanmanufaktur Reichenbach was founded in 1900 by nine Thuringian porcelain painters, launching full production in 1901 in Reichenbach, Germany. After nationalization under the GDR, pieces marked “GDR” date from 1949 until the 1970s, placing this item firmly in the East German vintage era. The crowned “R” mark surrounded by a laurel wreath is documented as the Reichenbach factory mark of that period.
