đ« Olive green colouring makes this decorative glass bowl a delight for the eyes. Glass is shaped organically and was most likely originally created as an ashtray with three 'resting' spots between each curve for a cigarette. Although, this piece of glass sculpture has many uses.
Founded in 1960 by Angelo Tedesco, hailing from Murano, Italy, this Canadian company collaborated with family and fellow Italian artisans, as well as Native Canadians, to craft glass sculptures. Operations ceased in 1975. Overall, item is in good vintage/used condition. Some rubbing on the bottom and side can be seen. Original engraving with the 'Chalet' logo can be faintly seen on the bottom. Please see all of the photos. đ«
